Fresh brown rice pasta is handmade in-house every day.
Our fresh pasta is also made by hand every day using an exquisite blend of brown rice flour instead of wheat flour. Please enjoy the freshness that is different from dried noodles, and the al dente texture that is difficult to achieve with brown rice.
